I'M COLLEEN

I’ve always believed actions speak louder than words. And exposure to many things makes us more resilient.

And as I learn more from the women and men in the rucking communities, and everything they stand for, I find myself among fellow believers.

As a soccer player and soccer coach, rucking, like any other sport, requires putting in the consistent work. Except you can't always 'escape' the work of the weight on your back. It's just as much a mental strengthening, as it is a physical one. Can you keep your wits about you when times get tough? Like many other things, its better with friends who make you laugh while ya'll embrace the (hours of) suck together!
