Bio: Colleen is a nature junkie who can't get enough of spending time outside in the wilds of Mother Earth! She never says no to an outdoor activity although strength training with odd objects, sand, and rucking is her favorite!

She coached pregnant women and moms for 10 years before starting her rucking group MotherRuckersNC and training women outdoors on her and her fiance's property.

Even though fitness is how she outwardly supports women, Colleen is also passionate about personal growth and emotional awareness.

When she's not working or playing outside, Colleen is a fur mom to 2 dogs and 2 cats! Her boyfriend Waylon is a semi-professional wrestler and cigar/pipe rep. She loves fantasy thriller, historical, and mystery novels, all types of tea, and learning to play D&D with her all-lady group.
